TallFit offers exchanges and store credit only within 14 days of your delivery date.

We do not offer refunds for standard returns.

After 14 days, we are unable to process exchanges or store credit.

Eligibility for Store Credit & Exchanges

To qualify, items must be:

• In as-sold condition
• Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage
• Returned in original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Final Sale Items

Clearance items, Black Friday deals, Cyber Week promotions, and other marked-down items are final sale.

These items are not eligible for return, refund, or store credit.

As a courtesy, we may offer a one-time exchange for a different size, subject to availability. TallFit will provide a return label for the original item, and a $7.95 shipping fee will apply to send the exchanged item.

Exchanges & Store Credit

Exchanges and store credit are the only return options available for eligible items.

Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery and in original, unworn condition.

Final sale items are not eligible for store credit.

For eligible exchanges, a $7.95 return shipping fee applies to cover the return label unless otherwise noted.

Store credit will be issued electronically to the email address used at checkout.

Refunds

TallFit does not offer refunds for standard returns.

Refunds are only issued in cases of:

• Incorrect item received
• Defective or damaged product due to TallFit error

If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Return Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TallFit cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
