Returns & Exchanges
🇺🇸 U.S. Returns & Exchanges
TallFit offers store credit and exchanges within 14 days of your delivery date. After 14 days, we’re unable to offer store credit or exchanges.
📦 Eligibility for Store Credit & Exchanges
To qualify, items must be:
- In as-sold condition
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage
- Returned in original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
🚫 Final Sale Items
Clearance items, Black Friday deals, Cyber Week promotions, and other marked-down items are final sale. These items are not eligible for refunds and may only be considered for exchange or merchandise credit, depending on availability.
If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
⚠️ Defective, Incorrect, or Wrong Item Received
Please email info@tallfit.com with:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Product name or description
- Reason for contact
- Photos, if applicable
🌍 International Returns
Due to logistical constraints, we are unable to accept international returns at this time.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please email info@tallfit.com with your order details.
All items must be undamaged, unworn, and in as-new condition.
🔁 Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. Email info@tallfit.com with photos of the issue to start your exchange.
For sizing or color changes, items must be returned in original, unworn condition. In these cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless the exchange falls within TallFit’s 14-day policy for free exchanges.
💳 Refunds
Refunds are only considered for damaged or lost items due to TallFit error and are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
⏳ Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank

🚚 Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return qualifies for a free exchange. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund. Delivery times for exchanged items may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as TallFit cannot guarantee receipt of returned packages.
