🔄 How to Exchange an Item (Free Shipping)

1. Request an Exchange Form. Contact Customer Service below with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to exchange within 30 days of purchase.
2. Receive & Review Your Form. We’ll email you an Exchange Form—please check that all details are correct.
3. Print & Pack Your Return. Print the Exchange Form and include it inside your return package. Ensure your item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
4. Ship Your Exchange (Free Shipping). Drop off your package at a UPS, FedEx or USPS location or schedule a pickup using the return label. We cover the cost of shipping for exchanges!
5. ✅ Once we receive your item, we’ll ship out your new one ASAP!

💰 How to Return an Item for a Refund ($7.95 Return Fee)

1. Start Your Return Request. Contact Customer Service below with your order number and details of the item(s) you’d like to return within 30 days of purchase.
2. Receive Your Return Authorization. We’ll email you a Return Form with next steps.
3. Pack Your Return. Print and include the Return Form inside your package. Ensure your item is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.
4. Ship Your Return ($7.95 Fee Applies). Drop off your package at a UPS, FedEx or USPS location or schedule a pickup. A $7.95 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover return shipping and handling costs.
5. ✅ Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 days.
