Exchanges are easy
Follow these steps
- Contact customer service below to request an Exchange Form and provide your order number and the item(s) for exchange.
- Receive the Exchange Form via email.
- Check and confirm that the items on the form match those you are returning.
- Print the Exchange Form and include it with the item you are exchanging in your shipment.
- Drop off your return at the nearest UPS or USPS location or schedule a pick-up by calling the number on the return label. Please note any applicable charges for pick-up are your responsibility.
